Shipping policy
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We ship to most countries worldwide. Orders are shipped via affiliate partners depending on the delivery destination. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once. All-u-re.com is not liable for any potential transport risk but will hold accountable the delivery service company.
We process and dispatch orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 am till 5:00 pm CET, with the exception of Bulgarian holidays. The items will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest, for card payments.
For deliveries to countries outside EU, VAT, import tax, customs duties, handling and other associated costs are covered in the total amount. In case of a return from non-EU country, customs duties, import sales taxes, customs’ clearing, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs are shown as a separate item at checkout and added to the final amount due. Where you shop in your local currency, the shipping cost is converted at the current exchange rate.
- Bulgaria – free shipping with Econt. Delivery within 1–2 business days.
- European Union – 20 EUR with DHL Express. Delivery within 1–4 business days.
- United Kingdom – 75 GBP with DHL Express, for orders of 135.10 GBP and above. Delivery within 1–4 business days.
- Rest of the world – 75 EUR with DHL Express. Delivery within 2–6 business days.
Delivery times include dispatch and apply to orders placed before 14:00 Sofia time on business days. They are estimates and may be longer during sale periods, public holidays or customs clearance.
COURIER SERVICES
Internationally, we work with the courier company DHL.
Deliveries within the territory of Bulgaria are carried out using Econt courier services.
