SHIPPING
Bulgaria: free delivery with Econt, 1–2 business days, cash on delivery available. EU: DHL Express, €20, 1–4 business days. UK: DHL Express, £75, 1–4 business days. Rest of the world: DHL Express, €75, 2–6 business days, duties and taxes included. Orders placed before 14:00 Sofia time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Full details HERE.

RETURNS
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, online via Withdraw from contract here or by email to info@all-u-re.com, then 14 days to send the items back. Return shipping is at your cost: use our prepaid DHL label (a fixed fee is deducted from your refund) or a tracked courier of your choice. Exchanges for a different size are free.
