We ship to most countries worldwide. Orders are shipped via affiliate partners depending on the delivery destination.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

All-u-re.com is not liable for any potential transport risk but will hold accountable the delivery service company.

We process and dispatch orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 am till
5:00 pm CET, with the exception of Bulgarian holidays. The items will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest, for card payments.

For deliveries to countries outside EU, VAT, import tax, customs duties, handling and other associated costs are covered in the total amount. In case of a return from non-EU country, customs duties, import sales taxes, customs’ clearing, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

For customers located outside the European Union (EU), the prices displayed on our website are final and are charged in EUR. No additional VAT or other taxes will be added during checkout.

Shipments to non-EU countries are exported under the 0% VAT regime, as per the applicable EU tax legislation. The invoice accompanying your order will reflect a VAT rate of 0%.

We ship all international and non-EU orders using DHL Express with the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. This means that any import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees due in the destination country will be prepaid by us (the customer will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery).

A flat-rate shipping fee of €75 applies to non-EU destinations, which covers international logistics and duties handling.

By placing an order from outside the EU, you confirm that you understand and agree to this pricing and shipping policy.

Shipping costs shall be borne by you**. Those shall be shown as a separate item on you invoice upon check out and added to the final amount due. 

For countries in the EU* – 20 EUR

For countries outside the EU – 75EUR

*For Greece, Romania and Bulgaria** – we ship with Econt delivery services. You can check shipping costs and delivery times for your destination here.

Please note that for the Cash on Delivery option the Econt courier charges you 2.83% VAT on the purchase amount. 

COURIER SERVICES

Internationally, we work with DHL Express (https://www.dhl.com/)

Deliveries within the territory of Bulgaria, as well as Romania and Greece, are carried out using Econt courier services (https://www.econt.com/).

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not fully pleased with your order, you can return the purchases (including reduced items) within 14 days of receiving. We also offer exchange services. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for underwear.

Return costs depend on your delivery destination and shall be covered by you. For exchanges shipping costs are covered by the customer.

To do so, you need to fill this template  and email it to INFO@ALL-U-RE.COM

To be eligible for a refund all items should be returned in the same original condition in which they had been received, with all tags unaltered and items not used or damaged. Customized items shall not be eligible for refund.

Pack your item in a safe and stable return cardboard box and ship it to the address below.

Please make sure all the details are correct and the package is stated as a return for the customs officer for international orders.

Please include the cash register receipt for cash on delivery orders. For international returns, the commercial invoice must be included.

We suggest using Econt for Bulgarian customers and DHL for worldwide.
