Old Uncanny X Men Wolverine action figure by Toy Biz from 1993. The figure is totally complete and I do not think it was ever removed from the tray. One side of the bubble is still attached, but the other 3 sides have been lifted. There are some creases and veining on the card, plus some paper loss from where the blister has come up. The bubble has dents and cracks.
